The House of Representatives passed an extensive spending bill that includes provisions on marijuana banking, Washington, DC legalization of cannabis sales by Washington, DC, CBD regulations, employment protection, relaxation of hemp rules, safe places to buy illicit drugs, and psychedelic research, among other things.
