JOPLIN, MO – Medical marijuana patients in Missouri are getting more options at the pharmacy.
More facilities are going online, 23 growing locations are now approved for operation, along with another 28 for manufacturing.
120 pharmacies have received official approval to open their doors despite the plagued early sales with limited supplies of marijuana products.
Medical marijuana first went on sale in October 2020.
